Description
Department of State Hospitals has (3) three Trane brand chillers and (1) one Multistack chiller that need repair on an as need basis. The Trane chillers are 15 years old and are located on site, the Multistack chiller is brand new and located on site. Contractor shall provide all necessary materials, supplies, tools, equipment, transportation, licenses, permits, prevailing wages, insurance, bonds, and personnel to: provide the DSH with maintenance and repair services for all three chillers. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply. DBE incentives. Term is through 10/31/24.
