Project description: reconstruction of the Ridgewood Reservoir Gatehouse 27 bounded by Jackie Robinson Pkwy, Vermont Place, Highland Blvd, and Cypress Hills St. in Highland Park in the Borough of Queens. The work includes reconstruction of the Gatehouse, repair and replacement in kind of exterior brick walls and cornice, replacement of flat roof membrane and insulation, replacement of pitched roof including trusses, purlins, sheathing and shingles, replacement of metal door and frames.
