Description
Contractor shall install a new roofing system. The accumulation of the Coolidge Readiness Center building L3160 roof deck and parapet walls is
approximately 7,050 S.F. of area. The building is a two story building with lower and upper roof sections. The scope of work on the UPPER Roof is to tear-off the weathered and worn Built-Up Roof (BUR) with Gravel cap sheet roofing system and fiberglass insulation down to the concrete roof deck structure and install a new Duro-Last roofing system or equivalent and the same manufacturer. The scope of work on the Low Roof is to recover the existing BUR with coated cap sheet and fiberglass insulation roof system with a new Duro-Last new system or equivalent and the same manufacturer. At the end of the roof installation project, the new covered membrane must be free of any and all new membrane damage. Bonds required and prevailing wages.,
