Project description: reconstruction of the Comfort Station in Commodore Barry Park bounded by Flushing Ave, North Elliot Place, Park Ave, and Navy St. in the Borough of Brooklyn. The work includes exterior reconstruction of existing comfort station including new veneer brick, new roofing, and new windows and doors. Reconfiguration and complete reconstruction of interior including new walls, new tile, new flooring, new plumbing, new HVAC. Site work includes new accessible ramps, new paving. Time of completion for the whole work is 540 consecutive calendar days. M/WBE goal is 24%. Bonds and prevailing wages.
