Project description: the site work located within Grand Army Plaza, between Plaza St SW and Plaza St SE in the Borough of Brooklyn. The work includes repaving around the Bailey Fountain area, invasive plant removal, tree work, new plantings and fence replacement at the four Grand Army Plaza berms.
