Description
Project includes seismic improvements to the west wing of the Powell Library. The project shall improve the main library west wing (about 120,000 GSF) and provide improvements consistent with code and accessibility upgrades. The buildings will remain occupied and operational during construction and the CM/Contractor shall identify occupants impacted by work. Work may be sequenced and phased with the performance of disruptive work occurring during off-hours. Bonds & prevailing wages apply.
