Total Small Business Set-Aside NAICS Code: 238160 - Roofing Contractors. Remove the Pavilion roof structure on Langdon Beach Hut Building # 31 and replace (decking and aluminum standing seam roof, trusses, gutter, ceiling, hardware and deteriorated boards and railings). Also remove existing asphalt shingle roof with a standing seam aluminum roof on Battery Worth Restroom/Shelter (FL19). All work shall comply with Florida Building Code (FBC) and ASCE 7-16 Standards, and meet all other requirements accordance with SOW. Bonds & prevailing wages apply.
