Tree Trimming and Removal Service for City Departments, Torrington, CT

The City of Torrington (herein referred to as “Department”) is looking to retain a licensed & insured contractor(s) for tree trimming and removal service at streets & parks throughout the city. This proposal does not currently include work at Coe Memorial Park, however such work may be added into a contract at a later date. This decision will be at the discretion of the Streets & Parks Department or the Recreation Department and all such work shall be covered under the proposed rates referenced in the proposal provided by the vendor(s) awarded a contract. The Contractor will respond to specific requests for tree work from the Department and must receive authorization for additional work that may come to the Contractor’s attention that was not requested by the City. Throughout the term of the contract, it may become necessary for the Contractor to assist the Department in providing emergency tree service. Contract term is July 1, 2021 to June 30, 2022. Deadline for questions is June 23, 2021 by 12:00pm.
