Watershed III Drainage Improvements Phase II Banyan & Carolwood, Castle Hills, TX

The base bid consists of drainage improvements including approximately 690 linear feet of 7’x4’ reinforced concrete box culverts (RCBC), 460 linear feet of 5’x4’ RCBC, 55 linear feet of 24” & 36” RCP, concrete rip rap, 7 inlets, 1 junction boxes and miscellaneous items. Roadway improvements include approximately 702 square yards of HMAC pavement reconstruction, 1,241 square yards of new concrete pavement and subgrade, driveway replacement, curbs, sidewalks, surface restoration and miscellaneous items. SAWS water, SAWS sewer and CPS gas are also included as part of the project. Additive Alternate Bid 1 consists of drainage improvements including approximately 200 linear feet of 5’x4’ RCBC, 83 linear feet of 36” & 42” RCP, 3 inlets, 1 junction box, roadway items, and miscellaneous items. SAWS water and SAWS sewer are also included as part of the project. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply.
