Subcontractor Lead: Downtown Revitalization Phase 3, Lake Jackson, TX

The work includes furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment, and performing all work necessary for the construction of the Downtown Improvements (Phase 3) project for the City of Lake Jackson. This project consists of infrastructure improvements for three downtown streets as part of the Downtown Revitalization initiative. The project includes the full-depth reconstruction of approximately 1,200 linear feet of That Way between Parking Way and Oyster Creek Drive, approximately 750 linear feet of Circle Way between That Way and Oak Drive, and approximately 650 linear feet of North Parking Place between Center Way and Circle Way. The improvements are consistent with previous downtown reconstruction phases, and include, but are not limited to, on-street angled parking, ADA sidewalk routes, accessibility to downtown businesses, retaining walls, regrading of existing parkways, extension of the existing storm drain system, water lines, wastewater lines, and associated service connections. Additional improvements in the scope of work include traffic signal modifications at the intersection of That Way and Oyster Creek Drive, street and pedestrian illumination, enhanced hardscape elements, landscaping, and irrigation.
