Description
The scope of work includes the renovation of the existing Kitchen and Serving areas along with adjacent single-use restroom and custodial closet. Work includes demolition, concrete, framing, plumbing, mechanical, elecrical, kitchen equipment, Multi-Purpose Room AV system, casework and interior and exterior finishes. Additive Alternate work includea AV system in the Card, Game and Craft Rooms. The contractor is to coordinate inspections and obtain final approval from both the City and the San Juaquin County Environmental Health Department. 120 calendar days completion.
