Description
The work to be performed under this contract is located along I-95 (John F. Kennedy Memorial Highway) approximately 4,000 feet south of the MD 152 (Mountain Road) to 1,800 feet north of Winters Run Bridge and on MD 152 (Mountain Road) approximately 1,100 feet to the north and 2,300 feet to the south in Harford County. The project includes a full interchange reconstruction including the replacement of the MD 152 bridge to ultimately accommodate two express toll lanes (ETLs) and four general purpose lanes (GPLs) in each direction. Old Mountain Road Bridge and the existing park & ride will be permanently removed as part of this project. This Project must be completed on or before October 30, 2024. Q&A due by 5pm, 6/21/21. MBE goal 15%. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply.
