Alta Heights 2 Pressure Tank replacement (WTR2015-0006), Napa, CA

The work generally consists of furnishing labor, equipment, materials and required services associated with removal of a 6,000-gallon hydropneumatic pressure tank and provision of and installation of a 7,600-gallon hydropneumatic pressure tank in the same location. There are significant site constraints—limited space, steep slopes and rocky ground. The City expects Bidders to propose means and methods to complete the work. Onsite excavation and regrading may be acceptable to facilitate site access. Existing tank can be dismantled and/or demolished on site, if that facilitates removal. Existing tank contains lead-based paint appropriate Lead Abatement practices shall be followed in accordance with CAL-OSHA Title 8, Section 1532.1.andCDPH Title 17 CCR.
