Description
It is the intent of New Castle County to award one or more contracts for the removal of
trees throughout the County. With a backlog of 300 work orders, vendors should be able
to prioritize jobs throughout the year. This effort is broken into two sections: Section I -
removal of designated trees from various "normal" sites around the County, and Section
II - removal of fallen and/or storm damaged trees from various locations in and along
waterways throughout New Castle County. Work will be performed as directed by the County in accordance with the Notification provisions below. The County makes no guarantee as to any dollar value to be ordered under this Bid. Prices shall be firm from July 1, 2021, through June 30, 2022.
