Description
The project involves a partial EPDM roof recover of the existing modified bitumen portion of the roof. A total of 56,000 SF. The existing school building is experiencing roof leaks in these roof areas. The roof recover assembly will be of a new 115-mil Fleece-Back EPDM directly adhered over to the existing modified bitumen roof with a two component, extrusion or spray applied, lowrise adhesive as described in the attached new work sheets. Project will be constructed under a single prime contract. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply.
