Description
The project involves Rehabilitation of WWII observation tower including: selective demolition of concrete floors, installation of new metal stairs, railings, guards and other miscellaneous metals, concrete repairs, and installation of new electrical, lighting, fire detection, and lightning protection system. Alternate work includes new spiral stair to roof level, walkable roof decking, and new roof railing and guard systems. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply.
