Description
The vendor shall furnish all labor, insurance, supervision, any other incidental items and shall perform all work necessary as specified in the prescribed manner and time in accordance with this IFB (Invitation For Bid). Demolish ( raze/ tear down ) all structure (s), to include removal of the structure(s), removal of all debris, weeds, rank vegetation, driveways, slabs, foundation walls, impervious surfaces, and fences. Refer to Demolition Permit Sketch for limits of demolition requirements. Full Scope of Work is available in the documents. Insurance Required. Bonds.
