The City of Chelsea is inviting bids for the labor, materials, tools, and equipment necessary to complete the Landscaping and Maintenance of City Owned Parks and Squares. The contract term will commence on or about August 1, 2021 through June 30, 2022 with two additional one year options, at the sole discretion of the City, from July 1, 2022 – June 30, 2023 and July 1, 2023 – June 30, 2024 respectively.
