Description
The Project is an expansion to the existing Lake Caroll Park and consists of pavilion structures, paved parking and driveways, playground (finishing's and equipment excluded), multi-use field, and walkways. The project will include site demolition clearing and grubbing, erosion and sediment control (installation, maintenance, and removal of erosion and sediment control BMPs), grading storm drainage, utilities (water, power, and site lighting), asphalt pavement, concrete curb and gutter, concrete walkways, pavilion construction, and grassing. The contractor is expected to manage and stage construction to allow the existing park to remain open during construction with minimal disruptions to the use of the existing park. Bonds required.
