Description
Deliver, install, test and adjust product. If the City selects this option, provide routine maintenance and service included replacing all parts of Equipment which are faulty and/or worn out. Repair or replace inoperable items within 48 hours of notification by the City. Comply with all laws, ordinances, regulations, requirements and rules with respect to the maintenance of the (product). If the City selects this option, inspect the fleet on a weekly/monthly/quarterly basis and make any necessary repairs.
