All bidders must hold a valid Certificate of Qualification 1712.01 from the Certificate Board, Rm 467, Indiana Government Center, 402 West Washington St, Indianapolis IN. Certification with the DOT does not meet the requirement for pre-qualification. MBE/WBE/IVBE participation requirements apply.
