Description
The proposed scope of work consists of but is not limited to the renovation and modification of a 27,500 sqft former elementary school for conversion to an administrative office with roughly 45 office spaces,
conference rooms, indoor/outdoor employee dining areas and a warming kitchen. The building improvements will include a new roof, HVAC, doors, windows, hardware, lighting, upgrades of the low voltage systems, including finishes and fixtures throughout the facility. Exterior improvements will include signage, landscaping and an entry vestibule addition. Bonds required. Bonds required.
