Description
There is a significant list of necessary improvements in the 22 rental unit apartment complex at 108 S Chauncey St, Columbia City, IN, including masonry repointing and replacement of missing masonry pieces, replacement of HVAC system, replacement of mechanical system and electrical fixtures (with LED lamps and/or fixtures), concrete reinforced pad installation and asphalt repair in the parking lot repair of flooring, painting, plumbing, casework and lighting in the common areas, rehabilitation/replacement of exterior windows and doors and replacement of unit kitchen and bathroom sinks, tubs and cabinets. Also, four smaller unites will be combined to make two larger units leaving a total of 20 rehabilitated units. Bonds, Prevailing Wages and MBE/WBE HUD requirements apply.
