Description
Modernize one overhead traction freight elevator in the Seattle Fire Department Headquarters building. Modernized elevator shall include current code requirements for fire recall and seismic events. Controller for elevator to be relocated to remote control room in basement. Other work in support of the elevator modernization shall include building control room in basement, upgrades to building electrical, fire detection/alarm, and mechanical systems. Bonds Required. Prevailing Wages.
