Description
Concourse A has long been used solely for domestic flights at Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (SEA). With the opening of the International Arrivals Facility (IAF), these gates become international capable and would be best used by airlines with international flights. This project will relocate an Airlines, to Concourse B and move another Airline from Concourse B into those vacated gates on Concourse A. The project will construct associated office and support spaces. Furthermore, United Airlines will self-perform the construction of their new lounge on Concourse B under a Memorandum of Agreement with the Port. Bonds Required. Prevailing Wages.
