Description
The City of Hartwell is soliciting sealed proposals from qualified, experienced firms who are interested in entering into a contract for the design and engineering of, and construction administration services for, a new Fire Station, which will be constructed on property owned by the City adjacent to the existing Fire Station at 488 East Howell Street in Hart well, Georgia. The City anticipates that the new Fire Department building will consist of (1) an apparatus bay, containing a minimum of 7,000 square feet, with four drive-through bays, (2) a two-story building, attached to the apparatus bay, that houses the offices, living quarters and classroom, consisting of 5,500 square feet, and (3) infrastructure improvements, to include utilities, sewer, and storm water management. Bonds required.
