Partial interior demolition and renovation of the existing building, building additions, and associated sitework. Staff will be housed in a temporary trailer during the renovation at the Hanes Mill Road Landfill Facility. Trades in the scope of work include: Site work for building additions. Demolition. Replace Finishes and Painting. Ceiling Replacement. New Casework. Mechanical. Electrical. Plumbing. Project start is September 14, 2021. MBE: 10%. WBE 5%.
