Description
Remove existing roof and install new roofs at the Cubberley Community Center F & FH Wing, and it includes the following: 1) Remove existing base assemblies of all roof-mounted HVAC equipment and install crickets/drainage swales towards the roof gutters. 2) Remove existing corroded exhaust vents and replace with galvanized metal vent of same size, type, etc. 3) Remove all existing galv edge metal perimeter flashing with new and paint to match trim color. 4) Remove existing tar and gravel roof system down to existing plywood and replace with Siplast modified bituminous membrane roof over fiberboard over min. R-8 tapered rigid insulation and finished with Acrylic title 24 and CRRC Approved white or light coating throughout the roof areas. 5) Install Situra Redline 20 Waterproof Expansion Joint System at roof between two building. 6) And additional miscellaneous items specified. Bonds required. Prevailing wages. Completion time is 60 days.
