Description
The intent of this request for qualifications to provide Construction Manager-at-Risk services needed for the New Active Adult Center Facility, located at 1901 Lakewood Drive, Arlington, Texas. The "new construction" proposed project will include a new facility for adults 50 years of age or older. Building amenities include, but not limited to as follows:
a. Community spaces, such as, lounge, game rooms, classrooms, community room, kitchen, craft rooms. b. Wellness, therapy studios and fitness spaces c. Wellness, therapy aquatics d. Facility administrative spaces and building support areas. Q&A due by 07/07/21 at 5PM. MWBE goals.
