Post Closure Activities at Pinelands Park Landfill, Egg Harbor Township, NJ

Routine Post Closure Operation and Maintenance Activities including final cover and final cover vegetation maintenance; mowing; settlement repair; run-on/ run-off control system maintenance; monitoring well maintenance/repair/replacement shall be performed by the ACUA as recommended by the engineer through the inspection noted in the above description of services. Routine Landfill Gas System Maintenance shall also be performed by the ACUA; however, the proposal shall include the preparation of a maintenance plan and schedule that covers the cleaning of flare stack burners; flame arrestor cleaning; belt replacement; knockout pot maintenance; control panel/flare repairs; and enclosed flare stack testing. Facility Access Control: As part of the overall annual site inspection report the engineer shall report on all perimeter access roadways, fencing and gates to determine condition, necessary repairs and if any breaching has occurred. Bonds required.
