Prequalification Statements will be received up to July 29, 2021 by 5:00 pm for Fall Creek Pavilion, Design Release #02 which will include the following Bid Packages: Structural Demolition, Concrete, Masonry, Masonry Restoration, Structural Steel, Miscellaneous Steel, Millwork, Rough Carpentry, Roofing, Waterproofing, Coiling Overhead Doors, Glass/ Glazing, Drywall, Flooring, Painting, Elevator, Fire Suppression, Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, Earthwork, Shoring, Asphalt Paving, Concrete Paving, and Planting.
