Description
Renovation of facility at 2425 W Michigan, just under 29,000 square feet for our Paratransit Operations. The entire facility needs fire sprinkler system installed, which also requires the water line size increased to accommodate the buildout and the new system. The existing administrative area will add a lift, replace carpet and other minor work. The buildout areas will include a maintenance area, with bays for mechanics, overhead doors, storage/warehouse, breakroom area, additional restrooms, meeting room, offices, additional exterior doors and windows. Most site improvements will be under a separate contract. Full access to the facility will be provided. Questions Due June 29, 2021 by 3:00pm
