Pepper Construction LLC is receiving Prequalification for the Indiana State Police Post and Forensic Laboratory project in Lowell IN consisting of Bid Packages 1 - 27. Bidders may request prequalification and bidding documents electronically by emailing Caitlin Poe at [email protected]. The Indiana State Police Post and Laboratory Facilities will consist of three nearly identical 40,000-square-foot buildings throughout the state. The new facilities in Fort Wayne, Lowell and Evansville will house new forensic labs, offices and training space. bid packages include: BP-01: Earthwork & Utilities, BP-02: Concrete, BP-06: Roofing, BP-09: Plumbing, BP-10: HVAC, BP-11: Electrical, BP-13: Landscaping, BP-14: Firestopping, BP-15: Dampproofing, BP-16: Site Concrete, BP-17: Fencing, BP-18: Drywall, BP-19: General Trades, BP-20: Internal & External Signage, BP-21: Flooring, BP-22: Painting, Wall Coverings, & Drywall Finishes, BP-23: Millwork, BP-24: Asphalt Pavement & Markings, BP-26: Interior & Exterior Coiling Doors & Grilles, BP-27: Tile, and BP-28: Window Treatments.
