Palm Dr Rdway/Pointe S Dr Rdway Improvements, Hinesville, GA

The work to be done consists of completing the roadway improvements on Palm Drive and Pointe South Drive in Liberty County. The 0.39 miles roadway improvements on Palm Drive include milling 5800 SY of asphalt roadway, repairing 756 SY of failing roadway by removing existing material and repaving with 10” of graded aggregate base. The paving will include a 1: layer of open grated interlayer asphalt and a 11/4” of asphalt topping. The project also includes removal and replacement of 353 LF of curb and gutter and roadway stripping. The improvements on Pointe South Drive include overlaying 0.45 miles of asphalt roadway with 11/2” of 9.5 mm asphalt and rebuilding the existing shoulders. Bids for the complete work in one or more general contracts shall be made on the bid form provided and shall contain prices in words and figures for the work bid. Bonds required.
