The City of Dahlonega is requesting sealed bids for striping and marking of various city streets.. Complete all removal and patching operations at any one site within the same day. Hand spreading and compaction using mechanical tampers will be required in areas inaccessible to conventional equipment. Patching is paid for according to the Plans and Proposal. Payment includes all removal and replacement work necessary to complete the Item. Trenching consists of the removal, satisfactory disposal and replacement of existing shoulder materials. Ensure trench dimensions are according with Plan details. Remove and dispose of all materials excavated from the trench widening operation. Excess materials areto be disposed of at an approved soil disposal site. Compact subgrade under widening sections to 95% of the theoretical density as determined by GDT7, GDT67, orGDT24. Bonds required.
