Description
Qualified Contractors are invited to bid on a new pre-engineered metal storage building at the CDOT maintenance site in Pagosa Springs, CO. The new 484 square foot building is 22 feet by 22 feet and will store brine making equipment. It will have an overhead door, man door, lighting, exhaust fan with louver and plumbing connections with heat trace for the owner supplied brine making equipment. The concrete and foundation work for the building and salt silo pad are not in this contract. They were bid previously and are under construction. The metal building will be required to match the concrete foundation plans as they cannot be modified. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply. Time to complete is 160 days.
