Description
Construction Managers and General Contractors. The proposed Fire Station 3 project is new construction of a new 30,000 square foot building to be located at 2751/2875 30th Street on two City-owned parcels just south of Valmont Road. This new station will replace the functionally obsolete existing Station 3, located at 30th and Arapahoe. In 2017, voters approved the
Community Culture & Safety tax which provides the bulk of the funding for this project. After a multiyear planning and design process, the Fire Station 3 project is currently working its way through the
City’s planning process. The project has completed Pre-App and Concept Review, and is currently
beginning the Site Review process. The project site is approximately 1.85 acres and abuts several
existing residential and commercial uses. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply.
