Small Paving Projects, Ashland, VA

The scope of work consists of furnishing and installing asphalt for small projects ranging in size as small as 100 s.f. up to 30,000 s.f. and performing pavement maintenance for small areas. Work resulting from this Invitation for Bidders will be assigned between the date of award and August 31, 2022. Work assigned under this contract may include, but will not be limited to, paving parking lots, overlay pavement on secondary roads, paving foot/bike trails, patching utility cuts in road, asphalt sidewalks, ditches and paving or repair of miscellaneous paved areas. Except in the case of an emergency, the Town will accumulate small projects to maximize work during a mobilization. Larger projects may be assigned one at a time.
