Description
The City of Lawrence is seeking bids from qualified vendors to provide infrastructure improvements as part of a multiphase development at 20-30 Island St in Lawrence. The project site is bound on the South by 20-30 Island St, east by Ellen Swallow Richards Park (also known as Ferrous Park), north by the North Canal, and west by Island St and an existing commercial development. The Project scope includes the following: Public vehicular and pedestrian connections between Island St and the Merrimack River/Ellen Swallow Richards Park. This project will include hardscape and subsurface infrastructure improvements including paving, curbing, concrete walks, lighting, conduit, drainage system improvements, signage, pavement markings, landscaping, and other incidental items.
