Description
The Harrisonburg-Rockingham Regional Sewer Authority (HRRSA) is soliciting Sealed Bids to construct the Maintenance Garage and Equipment Storage Canopy project located in Harrisonburg, VA. The work generally consists of providing a maintenance garage and equipment storage canopy at the North River WWTF. The buildings will be pre-engineered metal buildings with cast in place foundations and slabs. The Contractor must perform civil site work and building construction to include foundations and slabs as shown on the Contract Documents. Electrical and mechanical systems for the buildings will be provided by others as indicated on the Contract Drawings. HRRSA may self-perform the indicated electrical and mechanical work or may separately contract for performance of the work. Q&A due by 5pm, 7/20/21. Bonds required.
