Soffit and Fascia Repair and Painting at Studley Elementary School, Attleboro, MA

Contractor’s Scope of Work: Main entrance and secondary entrance (four entrances total): Set up and remove protections as needed, clean and remove mildew from soffit where needed, remove loose and deteriorated wood panels and trim where needed and replace with new, install four (4) new soffit vents to facilitate air flow in soffit space, install spray foam insulation completely rib (bottom to top) where the exterior wall intersects the steel roof deck. Note: The steel deck is exposed inside the building where this work is to take place. The Contractor will be responsible for providing interior protection in the area where this work is to take place, clean, scrape, prime, and paint all painted surfaces at the soffit and fascia, caulk all gaps and cracks to protect against moisture, and prime all new wood panels and trim. Finish existing and any replacement wood with two coats of high-quality exterior paint using Benjamin Moore Semi Gloss Ultra Spec EXT White or similar. Product must be approved by owner.
