Description
West Chester, Ohio is seeking to pre-qualify firms with a demonstrated ability to perform facility maintenance for agreed upon specifications with the proper equipment and personnel. The pre-qualification proposals will be evaluated based upon demonstrated ability. Factors to be considered include, but are not limited to, general company overview, company safety program, ability to generate an acceptable scope of work for facility maintenance management including janitorial services
