New Construction: Severn Intergenerational Center Project, Severn, MD

Arundel Community Development Services, Inc. (ACDS) is requesting bid proposals from qualified prime contractors interested in providing general contracting and construction services in conjunction with the construction of the Severn Intergenerational Center Project, to be located near 1140 Reece Road, Severn, Maryland 21144. The scope of work comprises approximately 26,000 square feet, and will include an Anne Arundel County Senior Activity Center and a Boys & Girls Club facility. The building will have a steel super structure with metal joists and metal studs and store front system exterior infill walls systems. The gym portion of the building will be steel framed with glulam beams and have an exterior CMU cavity wall with masonry veneer. Site improvements will include on-site parking, landscaping, and storm water management. Off-site work will include a traffic signal with a pedestrian intersection and road improvements.
