Description
Anne Arundel Community College (AACC) is requesting proposals from general contractors to provide all labor, material, tools, equipment, necessary supervision to assure finished space is code compliant and turnkey ready. Modifications include upgrades to the CADE Center for Fine Arts 3rd floor office and suites, (Rooms 330, 332, 334, 334A, 334B, and 3C04) located on the Arnold Campus (West) to construct a new video and film editing studio lab. Renovations to CADE 3rd office and specified suite areas includes but is not limited to: Walls, flooring, door, door hardware, door frame, electrical, lighting, HVAC, coordination with new fiber optic run, data drops, ACT ceiling and new casework work. Q&A due by 11am, 7/15/21. Bonds required.
