Description
The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, tools, materials, workmanship, and services for traffic control; saw cutting and removing the damaged sections; placing aggregate base as cushion material; placing concrete forms; reconstructing the damaged portions of concrete or asphalt sidewalks, driveways, curbs and gutters; saw cutting, removing, and replacing a minimum twelve (12) inches wide section of asphalt concrete pavement adjacent to the gutter; removing existing roots; installing root control barriers; restoring any disturb lawn and planting areas to their original condition or better; and such miscellaneous work, including removal of concrete forms, disposal off site of all unsuitable materials, and cleanup of the site, necessary to complete the work. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply. DBE goal 15% MBE and 5% WBE.
