Description
The work under the resulting contract includes the furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment, and all items and services of every nature, whether particularly mentioned or not in this solicitation, as required to provide home renovation at 1155 Trotter Ridge Road, Loris, SC. This project is U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development CDBG Grant funded and contingent upon funding availability; therefore, all federal rules and regulations related to such funding will apply. Time of Completion requiring an “Acceptance of Work”: sixty (60) calendar days from Notice of Proceed date. Insurance Required.
