Description
The project includes providing all labor, materials, machinery, tools, equipment and other
means of construction to remove remaining site components/pavement/concrete, provide
new grading, pavement, spoils storage and storm water measures, new site entrance and
gate access, removal and reconnection of site utilities, two new heated storage buildings,
one un-heated storage shed, relocation of existing fabric structure and modular
foundation, and new fabric structure and modular foundation. All work is to be completed within 170 days of execution of contract. M/WBE goal is 15%. Bonds and prevailing wages
