Description
The purpose of this bid is to establish a price for the purchase of Preventive Maintenance Services on a Two Hundred Twenty (220) ton York Centrifugal Chiller and on two (2) Three Hundred (300) ton York Centrifugal chillers for the Ulster County Department of Public Works, Buildings and Grounds Division. The contractor shall provide regular preventative maintenance and repairs, including repairs necessitated by equipment failures, for the York chillers listed. The contractor shall be YORK certified. The Contract Period will be from December 1, 2021 through November 30, 2024. Prevailing wages
