Description
The Contractor shall provide an on-call, as-needed, or emergency basis all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and incidentals necessary to repair eight (8) HVAC units and one (1) walk-in freezer. The manufacturer, model #, and year of all A/C units differ. No inspection work is desired by program. This is an on-call, as needed repair contract only. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply. Term is through 6/30/24. DBE incentives.
