Description
The Contractor shall provide an on-call, as-needed, or emergency basis all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and incidentals necessary to repair and/or maintain fourteen (14) units at Mendota Wildlife Area, Fresno County, California. 4333 South Santa Fe Grade, Mendota CA 93640 as follows: 4 wall-mount air conditioning units (1 in office, 3 in bunkhouse [Residence #R4-58]) 4 electric 240-volt wall heating systems (2 in check station, 2 in bunkhouse [Residence #R4-58]) 1 gas operated wall mount in office 5 Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) (3-ton Carrier) ¿ 1 in each of the following residences #s R4-59, R4-60, R4-61, R4-62 and R4-63. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply. DBE incentives. Term is through 6/30/24.
Agreement shall also include inspection and servicing for preventive maintenance on units biannually in spring and fall.
